For long-distance or city-to-city journeys where rates have not yet been published, simply provide your itinerary in the Notes section when making your request. The Chauffeur Vietnam team will promptly prepare and send you a personalized quotation based on your travel requirements.
Our city-to-city rides offer the convenience of comfort breaks along the way but do not include additional stops that take you off the direct route. If you’d like to make extra stops, we kindly ask that you book these trips separately.
Our by-the-hour service is designed for journeys with multiple stops within the same city, perfect for a day of engagements with your chauffeur on standby. This service includes 40 kilometers of travel per booked hour and must conclude in the same city where it began. If the ride ends outside the starting city, additional charges will apply for the chauffeur’s return journey, covering both distance and time.
For city-to-city transfers, your journey will follow the confirmed itinerary to ensure punctuality and service quality. If you need to change your pickup location, destination, or departure time, please update your booking through Book Chauffeur or contact us at least 1 hour before your scheduled pickup time. Changes are subject to availability and additional charges may apply if the itinerary is significantly modified.
The chauffeur’s name and telephone number will be sent to the passenger one hour before pickup via email and SMS. This message also contains the make, model and license plate number of the vehicle. If you booked for someone else, this information will be sent to the email address and phone number provided in the booking process.
Your chauffeur will remain at your disposal and coordinate with you to ensure a smooth pick-up, even in crowded areas.

Yes, your hourly ride can begin or end at an airport - or anywhere else you choose! Just keep in mind that hourly services must start and end in the same city. If your hourly ride finishes outside the pickup city, additional distance and time is charged for the chauffeur’s return journey.
